"Today I am announcing, after reviewing his record as a Senator and as a public official in Missouri, that I intend to oppose former Senator Ashcroft for Attorney General.

"The Constitution imposes on the Senate a duty to offer advice and consent on the president's nominations. Because I believe the president should have broad latitude in choosing his advisors, I have voted for many nominees with whom I have disagreed, sometimes forcefully, on policy or philosophy. But the Attorney General has a unique charge as chief law enforcement officer of the nation, and thus senators have a special obligation to scrutinize his record to determine whether what he has said and done over the years suggests a capacity for justice, for dealing fairly with those with whom he disagrees, for being an even-handed arbiter of the law in cases and policy matters large and small which will come before him.

"Many have made the point that not only are John Ashcroft's policy views far outside of the American mainstream, they are far beyond what President Bush has said he supports. His fierce opposition to abortion, for example, even in the case of rape or incest, goes well beyond Bush administration policy. While true--and while he often effectively imposed an ideological standard on nominees whom he opposed--that is not reason enough to oppose him.

"I've known John Ashcroft for some time and I consider him a friend. I especially respect his religious convictions and the commitment to them that he shows in his personal life. As I've said elsewhere, that such a friend can hold such harsh views has been difficult. But while I strongly disagree with him on many issues, it is his record of insensitivity to minority rights, including those of racial minorities; and his mishandling of certain nominations that is most troubling.

"There is possibly no issue more important to our future than that of racial reconciliation. But John Ashcroft's relentless defiance of voluntary school desegregation plans in St. Louis, which prompted repeated rebukes from federal courts; his associations with Bob Jones University and Southern Partisan Magazine; and other similar incidents in his record raise serious questions about his judgment on matters related to race. In my mind, his insensitivity casts doubt on his ability to serve our nation, which must make healing our racial divide a priority, in this role.

"Senator Ashcroft's handling of certain presidential nominations, particularly his gross distortions of the record of Ronald White as a federal judge, and his efforts to block gay nominee James Hormel as U.S. ambassador to Luxembourg, are troubling. Whether out of animus, which suggests bias; or out of political opportunism, which suggests a lack of judgment, I've concluded his handling of these nominees was grossly unjust.

"Enforcement of federal laws protecting the civil rights and voting rights of our citizens, the safety of women carrying out their constitutional right to reproductive services, and many other fundamental rights lies with the Justice Department. Moreover, the Attorney General's advisory role in the selection of federal judges, including Supreme Court Justices, and the right of the Justice Department to intervene before the Supreme Court means the influence of the Attorney General will extend far beyond the President whom he serves. It is crucial, therefore, that this person be independent and fair-minded, open to arguments from opposing sides, able to take into account the experiences and views of others. I regret that John Ashcroft, despite his many admirable personal qualities, is not the right person for this position."

Within months, one of a selected group of democratic Senators, likely from a state with a Republican Governor, will meet an untimely death. The death will appear to be either a plane "accident" or by "natural causes," -

Whichever is most easily accomplished. The reality will in fact be that the Senator was one of a group of several Senators (Narrowed down into a group of "Selects") targeted for assassination and was the one who was in the right place at the right time for the most convenient and clean "hit."

You will see, within in the coming months, for absolutely certainty, the untimely death of at least one Democratic Senator, to "rebalance the scale".

The private covert intelligence groups behind George Bush Sr. are extraordinarily well funded with petrochemical billions.

They are deadly, work completely autonomously, in a terrorist formation identical to a terrorist organization, and are absolutely religiously dedicated to accomplishing their objectives.

They will not rest until the Senate is under the control once again of the darkest force ever to seize control of the American Empire -

The clandestine industrial / military / intelligence triad who is currently represented by George Bush Jr.

Few have the ability to comprehend the machinations of this dark force. It is beyond the scope of our "Journalists." And only a few intellectuals still remain who will even dare to approach this grim reality. But is a reality.

This triad will employ cells of ex-military/CIA "cutouts" whose mission will be to carefully eliminate one of a selected group of Democratic Senators.

Once, one of the senators is eliminated the mission is complete, the tracks get covered, the evidence quickly cleaned up and the history books will once again inscribe a lie for all of posterity to suck on.

And we will never know the true nature of our world and especially the dark force which now controls the world and the writing of those history books.

The mission is already underway and several "candidates" are being evaluated for extermination.

The method of elimination is also being evaluated and will be narrowed down to one of several choices. One being a carefully planned "plane crash." Another is through the delivery of certain biological agents to the Senator.

If the mode of assassination is to be "Natural" causes - then the cause of death will almost certainly be by chemical or biological agent delivered to the senator by this private covert intelligence group.

If the Senator dies of a sudden respiratory illness it will most assuredly be an Anthrax hit -

From a strain of Anthrax manufactured before 1977 (When Bush was ousted as CIA Chief). As always careful attention will be paid to limiting inquiry into any autopsy or coroner investigations.

If the premature death event, occurs prior to the next Senatorial midterm elections, and is of "natural causes" the Senate must urgently resolve to conduct multiple and independent examinations into the ACTUAL cause of death, likely to be an anthrax or other chemical or biological agent - NOT NATURAL CAUSES.

If the death occurs just prior to the midterm senatorial elections, expect it to be in a state with a close race. Expect a "Mel Carnahan" style hit.

If it is a plane crash, the Senate must resolve to assure that Bush administration officials are NOT in complete charge of the investigation.

There must be an independent investigative team and evidence of the crash must not be allowed to fall into the hands of the intelligence services.

The mission to eliminate one or more of these Senators is assuredly underway this very moment. It is now the single most critical mission of the current Bush administration.

Cells will originate in Florida and Texas. Where such operations may operate freely and with the complete protection of those respective state governments. I suspect there are many cells forming regarding this mission.

Once, any one of the Senators is hit, the mission is terminated and there will be NO evidence or any possibility to any serious inquiry.

They will control the coroner and or the crash site, take possession of the body or wreckage (In the name of "National Security.")

The team making the successful hit will then either move up to the next level but more likely than not they themselves will meet an untimely death.

America is gripped in a protracted, internal power seizure - this much is certain. The whole world is united against the policies of this shadow American government. Yet it appears that each and every violent act since 911 and including 911 has been perpetrated by Americans, NOT Muslims.

And now, Democratic Senator Paul Wellstone is the latest victim of this clandestine assassination group, racing to consolidate total power in the hands of George Bush.

In my May 25th Article of 2001, I laid out an explicit warning that a Democratic Senator would meet an untimely death by either an Anthrax hit or in a plane crash. (Click here for the article which predicted Wellstone's assassination) This article was written four months prior to the Sept 11th attacks and six months before the anthrax letters to Daschle and Foley.

Wellstone was assassinated under the exact same circumstances as Mel Carnahan, two years ago. Carnahan the Democrat was beating John Ashcroft, but with just two weeks remaining before election day, Carnahans plane conveniently crashes. It is still not enough for the widely un-popular Ashcroft - When the voters considered the prospects of another six years with this Ashcroft, THE VOTERS VOTED FOR THE DECEASED CARNAHAN ANYWAY (actually his wife) RATHER THAN HAVE ASHCROFT FOR ANOTHER TERM ! What was Ashcroft's reward for getting beaten by the man he just murdered? He became top cop for Bush.

What's most chilling about these series of identical assassinations demonstrates the sheer brazenness and boldness of the operations of this shadowy group of private clandestine intelligence operatives, currently buttressing Bush. It's as if they are feeling out their limits of carte blanche with the press and the American people and finding they have NO limits. - Seeing how much we will take - And finding that there is no limit to how much we will take and how much we will let them get away with. As for whether there will ever be a mention of their operations in the major media... Apparently not.

Just a tiny beacon of light called VOXNYC.COM (VOXNYC the only place right now to get the hard truth. No other media is even going near our conclusions) There appears to be no limits. The media is simply signalling that there is no limits to what they can get away with. But this time these killers left nothing for chance. They murdered Wellstone's whole family - wife and daughter - to prevent the voters of Minnesota from launching a similar protest vote like the one's in Missouri did against Ashcroft. (They voted for the murdered Carnahan's wife Jean.) So this time they wiped out the whole family - they are leaving nothing for chance. They are absolutely ruthless and dedicated to achieving their mission.

It is sickening to hear Ashcroft's recollection of Carnahan's death (murder) just as it was sickening to witness Bushes comments about Carnahan's "accident" (murder), the man Bush sought to oust - the man who life Bushes forces just extinguished.

This ³hit² should send a chill up the spine of every awake and decent person American. The "Coincidental Premature Deaths" surrounding anyone who stands in the way of the Bush families' power seizures are impossible to ignore.

Constant fear is now the single biggest media currency. Fear is the principle focus of all our leaders and all in the major media. It is the heaviest traded commodity. More net capital is exhausted in the promotion by our leaders and media of fear than of SUV's. And while the circumstances of that fear shift from day to day the fact remains that it is vague and non specific fear alone which rules in America.

Sound the alarms and alert each and every adult person in America. Also help in any way you can with massive grassroots campaigns to assist Minnesota in assuring that these assassins behind Bush don't get their victory in Wellstone's murder. Converge all efforts onto Democratic Senate races and especially the Minnesota race. Do not let them have their victory. There is a protracted, calculated, and extraordinarily bloody seizure of power currently gripping America. If we resist we can hold them off. If we sit like sheep we deserve everything these wolves have in store for us. For these wolves think we are easy pickings. And we have given them no reason to think anything contrary.

Looks like they could have killed two birds with one stone. I'm not saying they did, just they could have. After all they are the experts at steering missiles into their targets, it's a simple matter steering one Senator into the ground. And Raytheon certainly owes some serious favors to the Bush Regieme. As I wrote in my dirty bomb article in June of this year, "Each time a Texas based Raytheon cruise missile rocks some empty valley in Afghanistan, or worse, an agrarian village, that's three million dollars in some fat cat crony's wallet - that fat cat crony is going to 'owe one' to the Bushes - It's called reality - look into it."

If there is one word that could be said regarding the expectations of any one individual who stands between the Bush family and their rise to power - that would be ³imperiled.² For the Bush dynasty is proving to be America's bloodiest crime family, far bloodier than any gangsters in the era of Al Capone or in the contemporary ghettos of Los Angeles. The Bushes Bloody rise to power is not a conspiracy theory as they would mock you into thinking - It is real. Bush had targeted Wellstone for elimination and personally recruited Wellstone's opponent Norm Coleman to run against him.

All this is possible in a world secretly ruled by a covert shadow government. Which itself is made possible by the sheeplike acquiescence of people willing to sit while their world steadily turns to shit.

But millions believe as CNN / CIA plants the lie directly into their brain, that Wellstone's plane crashed because of "Bad Weather."

US Sen. Paul Wellstone, D-Minnesota, is the Democrat the Bush administration loves to hate. White House political director Karl Rove personally selected Wellstone's Republican challenger in the November 5 election, former St. Paul Mayor Norm Coleman, and Vice President Dick Cheney and President George W. Bush have visited Minnesota again and again on Coleman's behalf.

But Minnesotans have not taken to the high-level pressure. Bush made a swing through the state last week on Coleman's behalf, but it was Wellstone whose poll numbers went up. Actually, Wellstone's numbers have been rising ever since he voted against the president's request for blank-check authorization to launch a war with Iraq. After months of too-close-to-call poll numbers, the headline of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune on Sunday announced, "Wellstone edges into lead in U.S. Senate race." The Star-Tribune's latest poll found the two-term liberal Democratic senator to be ahead by a 47-41 margin among likely voters.

But that doesn't mean Wellstone is sure to beat Bush, er, Coleman. After the poll results were released, a shadowy Virginia group that campaign finance analysts have linked to the Bush family and George W. Bush's 2000 campaign -- as well as to the insurance and pharmaceutical industries, former Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott and the Republican Party -- made a record-breaking $1 million purchase of television and radio advertising time to attack Wellstone.

The deceptively named group Americans For Job Security is behind the big buy -- which will likely exceed the amount of money the Wellstone campaign or the Democratic Party will spend in the final weeks before the election. Headquarted in Alexandria, Virginia, Americans for Security first came on the scene five years ago, when it got started with a $1 million contribution from the American Insurance Association. The American Forest and Paper Association chipped in another $1 million.

Described by the The Annenberg Public Policy Center as a "a tax-exempt conservative, business-backed pro-Republican organization formed in October 1997 to lobby for: reduced taxes, less government regulation, free trade, and downsizing government," it has been linked with a previous initiative by the US Chamber of Commerce and business lobbies that spent $5 million in the 1996 election cycle.

In May, 2000, a Washington Post report raised the prospect that Trent Lott was pressuring high-tech lobbyists for contributions to the organization, which that year launched television advertising campaigns attacking the Democratic challengers to several vulnerable Republican senators. (Among the corporations reported to have contributed to Americans for Job Security following that meeting was Microsoft. More recently, pharmaceutical firms have been reported to be prime funders of the group.)

American for Job Security president Michael Dubke has refused to reveal the sources of the funding for this fall's attack ads against Wellstone -- nor for similar campaigns by the group against Democratic Senators Jean Carnahan and Tim Johnson, who are in tight races in Missouri and South Dakota, respectively. According to Dubke, his organization has "a very strong policy that we don't discuss our members." And elections laws do not appear to require him to do so.

Earlier this year, when Americans for Job Security launched a series of attacks on Wellstone, the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor party challenged the Virginia group's tax status, In a complaint filed with the Internal Revenue Service, the party asked the IRS to determine whether Americans for Job Security was using its tax-exempt status to hide the sources of its funding. The group is registered as a trade association, a status that permits it to cloak the identities of its contributors. "This is a secret organization using its tax status to conceal its donors," said DFL chair Mike Erlandson. "I believe Minnesotans have a right to know who's contributing to this group."

While the contributors are not identified, there is a good deal of information available to suggest that this group has ties to the Bush administration, the president and his family. Toward the close of the 2000 campaign, Americans for Job Security bought commercials in at least ten major media markets to attack the prescription drug plan of Bush's opponent in the presidential race, Democrat Al Gore. According to The Brennan Center for Justice, Americans for Job Security spent $1.8 million on that attack advertising campaign, making it, according to the Campaign Finance Institute, "the most active (outside group) supporting Bush" in the 2000 campaign.

The Campaign Finance Institute has identified David Carney, a veteran political operative with long ties to the Bush family who served as the political director in George H. W. Bush's White House, as the executive director of Americans for Job Security. Dubke is another alumnus of the Bush-Quayle campaign. Benjamin Ginsberg, who was counsel to George W. Bush's presidential campaign, serves as the group's counsel.

Ginsberg earned a measure of prominence as a key player on the Bush legal team during the Florida recount fight following the 2000 election. He was the one who had to explain why the Bush campaign was so slow to file required forms detailing contributions ($13.8 million) and expenditures by the recount effort. The campaign did not submit the forms until July 15, the last day of an IRS amnesty program for groups that failed to comply with disclosure rules.

The pollster for Americans for Job Security is the Tarrance Group, which also conducts polls for the National Republican Senatorial Committee. That committee's slogan for the campaign to regain Republican control of the Senate -- by defeating Wellstone and other Democratic incumbents -- is "Working to Elect a Bush Majority."
